Here are our polar bear outdoor Christmas decorations. We made these out of plywood a few years ago. The little one is probably 3 feet high. 
Last year we had a real problem with the wind knocking them over all the time. I had to repair the legs two years in a row because they sometimes broke off when blown over. Not a problem this year! They have feet, honest.
