Eiffel Tower
Paris
Paris is clean (at least the small part we’ve seen) and has an easy to use subway. We are only here for a day and a half. Yesterday when we arrived, we walked to the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, and Champs Elysees (where you can buy a new Mercedes to go with your new Cartier diamonds). Today we took the metro to Notre Dame, walked around the island that it is on, took the metro back to the hotel to access some wifi from a neighboring hotel so we could check in for the flight home, ate lunch, then walked to the Louvre.
rue Cler
We are staying on rue Cler. Paris is nice. Eiffel Tower 10 minute or less walk from hotel. Trouble accessing net from Boingo and hotel is not free. So you may not see pictures until we get back.
On to Paris
On our way to Paris, 1.5 hr late. I think every train we’ve taken in France has been late or cancelled.
