Sat in the 1st row of the club level, near home plate. Mariners won 5-0.<\/p>\n<p>Some rain clouds moved in, and a couple drops of rain fell. It didn&#8217;t seem like much and there wasn&#8217;t any rain in the forecast. So I&#8217;m not sure why they closed the roof. Safeco Field has basically a big umbrella that rolls over the stadium. It&#8217;s still open air, the stadium has no windows and no air conditioning. On Wednesday, my company went. They bought the nose-bleed seats in the outfield, but the weather was beautiful.
