Just when we’ve gotten a couple of new German words under our belts, it’s almost time to change countries.
Bubbles
It’s a challenge to get regular water here, either at the train stations or the restaurants. You have to order still water to get one without bubbles, but it usually has some kind of flavor. I’ve learned the word Leitungswasser for tap water. I bought a bottle of apple juice once and that had bubbles too.
