Asheville, NC to Louisville, KY

The drive to Louisville takes us back through Tennessee. We stopped for lunch in Knoxville at Austin’s Steak and Homestyle Buffet. It was surprisingly good.
We stopped in Corbin, KY at the Harland Sanders Cafe and Museum. Harland Sanders is also known as “Col. Sanders”, creator of Kentucky Fried Chicken. This is the site of his first location. There is a modern KFC inside with museum displays sprinkled throughout.
