Today we left Gibraltar by walking across the airport runway, entered Spain and took a bus back to Málaga. The bus took about 3.5 hours and we got to see some of the resort sprawl along the south coast of Spain. We had a late lunch at a donner kebab place called A La Turca, which was very good. We walked around Málaga’s old town and had some excellent gelato at a place called Yummy. They had a great dark chocolate gelato and also an apple sorbet which was almost good enough for me to consider getting something other than chocolate. (I still got chocolate, but Denise let me taste hers).
We are standing in the middle of the airport runway as we walked across it to leave Gibraltar. Too bad it was so foggy this morning.
