On the way to Huntsville, we stopped at Noccalula Falls. If this wasn’t on the way to where we were going, it would have been a total waste of time. This was the wrong time of year to visit this water fall, as it was a tiny trickle.
Cathedral Caverns, AL
Cathedral Caverns is a large, deep cavern with high ceilings. This was a walking tour on paved walkways. Most of the pictures didn’t come out, as it was very dark. The walls and ceiling of the cavern are not carved, they are natural.
