Hall of Fame Tour 2025

Philadelphia, PA

Monday Apr 14, 2025

Today was spent in downtown Philly. We had breakfast at the Reading Terminal Market, donuts from Beiler’s and a pretzel from Miller’s Twist (pretzels seem to be a thing in Philly).

We walked around a lot today. We visited the Liberty Bell, the Ben Franklin Museum, Elfreth’s Alley, and the United States Mint.

Lunch was at the Reading Terminal Market. Ed had a cheesesteak from Uncle Gus’ (better), and Denise had a Rachel (Rueben’s sister) at Hershel’s East Side Deli, which she loved, so here’s a picture.

We also hit the Levain Bakery again.

In the evening we went for a walk in Valley Forge.

Here are some goofy pictures of Ed with statues of the Philly Phanatic and Ben Franklin.
